Smoking and vaping are absolutely not allowed at any of the properties, except outside. You must be a minimum distance of 15 feet from entrances, exits, windows that open or ventilation intakes.  

Marijuana and other federally-regulated drugs are not allowed on HUD and Rural Development properties. 

Some communities offer pet-friendly apartments with plenty of outdoor space for your furry friends to play. All pets must be logged in your tenant file. The animal must be hand-leashed and under the control of the tenant at all times. Any waste left must be disposed of immediately.

There is no place for harassment of any kind within the communities. This includes any disruption causing harm to other tenants.
